1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched


2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location

  • Metro cities: Typically 3–5 days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: Up to 7 days or more

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns


4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders and locations

  • We reserve the right to restrict or deny COD orders based on order value, location, or customer history


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real time.


6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Refusal to accept order

The order may be returned to us

 In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs


7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

We take utmost care in packaging your order.

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Tampered

Please:

  • Do not accept the delivery OR

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours

This helps us process replacements or refunds quickly.


8. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details

  • Carglanz is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information


9. SERVICEABLE AREAS

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier partner coverage.
