1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with

  • The seal is broken or removed

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Damage is caused due to improper use or storage

3. Easy Return Process

We’ve kept it simple and transparent:

  1. Email us at support.carglanz@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Attach clear photos or videos as proof

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds You Can Trust

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

For COD orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

  • Eligible for damaged or defective products only

  • Subject to product availability

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed

7. Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • For other approved returns, a shipping fee may be deducted
